(Answers the question: Are the service lines associated with burnouts contaminated?)
Samples are noted as Phase I (sampling done by the state on 3/11/2019); Reconnect (samples taken before reconnection is allowed); or Other (special samples required by the state, including ongoing quarterly samples).
• Phase One Post-Flush – Collected at services of burnouts after 2 minute flush
(Answers the question: Are the main lines located in burnout areas contaminated?)
Samples are all Phase I (sampling done by the state on 3/11/2019, same properties as 48-Hour Soak for that date).
• Occupied Homes – Collected at certain occupied homes in areas of burnouts
(Answers the question: Is there on-going contamination present at a representative sample of occupied homes?)
Samples are noted as Phase I (sampling done by the state on 3/11/2019), Customer Request (samples taken at customer's request), or Phase II (samples taken as part of Phase II random testing plan).
• Occupied RVs- Collected at the riser providing water to occupied RVs on burned lots
(Answers the question: Is there on-going contamination present at any occupied and connected RVs located at burnouts?)
Samples are noted as Phase I (sampling done by the state on 3/11/2019) or Customer Request (samples taken at customer's request).
The worksheets will be updated with sample results as soon as Del Oro receives them.
