FREEZE WARNING - Strawberry & Johnson Park As the cold weather sets in, Del Oro would like to remind customers to winterize your homes. Insulating pipes can help prevent damage due to freezing. Customers may be experiencing a temporary water outage due to freezing or near freezing temperatures. Warmer temperatures should correct the situation.  If this is an emergency, please contact a local plumber. If leaving your property empty for an extended period of time, we recommend shutting off the water and draining the pipes to prevent damage.

all late fees are now $5.00.
