A Mini-General Rate Case has been approved by the California Public Utilities Commission, increasing the rates by 13.54% per Resolution W-4896.
Schedule No. LC, Late Payment Charge, was also updated to meet the current commission standards and is include in the attached PDF. As a result, the late penalty is now $5.00.
