As authorized by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), all bills are subject to a one-time surcharge of $0.174 per 100 cubic feet billed over approximately thirty-six (36) billing cycles to each customer's water bill upon approval by the CPUC of Advice Letter No. 299. This charge offsets the Del Oro Water Company Transportation Memorandum Account (DOWCTMA) for Fiscal Year July 1, 2010 through June 30,2011.
