Quantity Rate
For all water used: $3.05 per 1000 gallons.

Eminent Domain Litigation Surcharge
A surcharge of $1.32 per service connection will be applied for twelve (12) months to recover $84,406.47 for expenses incurred as a result of eminent domain litigation with Paradise Irrigation District, as reflected in the memorandum account established in accordance with Advice Letter No. 175-A (dated December 11, 2007), or until the full amount has been collected (effective June 12, 2008).

California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) Reimbursement Surcharge
A 1.5% surcharge is required to be added to all customers bills. This surcharge is calculated
on all amounts due and is forwarded to the Commission throughout the year.
