Reimbursement of WQMA Fees
As
authorized by the
California Public Utilities Commission, all bills are subject to a
one-time surcharge of $4.02, to be billed at $1.34 over three (3)
consecutive billing cycles. This charge offsets expenses billed to
the Arbuckle District resulting from the tracking of Water Quality Memorandum Account (WQMA) expenses resulting from the adoption of National Primary Drinking Water Regulations and not accounted for in the
current rates.

Reimbursement of CDPH Fees
As
authorized by the
California Public Utilities Commission, all bills are subject to a
one-time surcharge of $6.11, to be billed at $2.04 over three (3)
consecutive billing cycles. This charge offsets expenses billed to
the Arbuckle District resulting from the tracking of California
Department of Public Health (CDPH) User Fees not accounted for in the
current rates.

Uncollected Revenue Surcharge
Per Advice Letter No. 250, dated December 8, 2009, granting Interim Rate Relief and Resolution No. W-4805, dated November 4, 2009, granting a General Rate Increase, producing under-collected revenues amounting to $5,517.60 from July 7, 2009 through December 3, 2009. The uncollected revenues are imposed in a one-time surcharge of $104.11, to be billed over a period of twenty four (24) billing cycles at $4.34 per month per customer
(effective December 9, 2009, per Advice Letter No. 250-A).
California Public Utilities Commission Reimbursement Surcharge
A 1.5% surcharge is required to be added to all customers bills, which is calculated on all amounts due and is forwarded to the Commission throughout the year.
