We currently provide service to four districts in Butte County; the Paradise Pines district, serving nearly 12,000 customers; the Lime Saddle district near Lake Oroville, serving approximately 900 customers; the Magalia district, serving nearly 700 customers; and the Stirling Bluffs district, serving approximately 400 customers in Stirling City.
We also serve nearly 2,000 customers in the Ferndale district in Humboldt County; 760 customers in the Johnson Park district in Burney (Shasta County); and 225 customers in the Country Estates district in Bakersfield (Kern County).
In addition, Del Oro Water Company serves over 725 customers in the Pine Flat and Pine Mountain districts and over 9o0 customers in the River Island district, all of which are in Tulare County.
We also serve two districts in the Colusa County area: the Walnut Ranch district, with nearly 200 customers, and the Arbuckle district, with 135 customers.
Near Sonora is Strawberry district (in Tuolumne County), which has almost 1000 customers. We have also acquired the Mt. Lassen district, located in Shasta County, which is a not-yet-developed subdivision.
Our most recent acquisitions are the Metropolitan, East Plano, and Grandview Gardens districts, located in near Fresno and Porterville in Fresno and Tulare Counties, respectively. Del Oro also manages Ducor Community Services District in Ducor, CA, which is independently owned by the community of Ducor.
