Effective May 6, 2010

By order of the California Public Utilities Commission, River Island District is currently under a New Service Moratorium. This moratorium may last as long as three (3) years.

New service connections are not allowed at this time, but residents may join the waiting list and will be connected in order of position on the list as soon as the moratorium is lifted.  For more information on the moratorium, please see the PDFs below.
