Reimbursement of WQMA Fees
As authorized by the California Public Utilities Commission, all bills are subject to a one-time surcharge of $5.86, to be billed at $1.47 over four (4) consecutive billing cycles. This charge offsets expenses billed to the Walnut Ranch District resulting from the tracking of Water Quality Memorandum Account (WQMA) expenses resulting from the adoption of National Primary Drinking Water Regulations and not accounted for in the current rates.

Reimbursement of CDPH Fees
As authorized by the California Public Utilities Commission, all bills are subject to a one-time surcharge of $6.00, to be billed at $1.50 over four(4) consecutive billing cycles. This charge offsets expenses billed to the Walnut Ranch District resulting from the tracking of California Department of Public Health (CDPH) User Fees not accounted for in the current rates.

PG&E Offset Flat Rate Surcharge I
The flat rate is increased from $55.10 to $55.54 to offset the increased power costs. The increase will be reflected as a Power Offset Flat Rate Surcharge in the amount of $0.44.

PG&E Offset Flat Rate Surcharge II
The flat rate is increased from $55.54 to $55.72 to offset the increased power costs over the amount authorized in Advice Letter No. 205. The increase will be reflected as a Power Offset Flat Rate Surcharge in the amount of $0.180.

California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) Reimbursement Surcharge
A 1.5% surcharge is required to be added to all customers bills, which is calculated on all amounts due and is forwarded to the Commission throughout the year.
