On February 7, 2023, Del Oro will unveil an updated payment portal with enhanced features:
- Manage, view and pay your bill online
- Set up and manage your AutoPay options
- Make a one-time payment using your credit or debit card
- 24/7 access to an automated phone payment system
- Text Message Notification Subscription
- View statements online
- Broadcast Messaging during an emergency event, outage or leak notification
Action Required on or after February 7th 2023
For customers using Credit/Debit Card as a payment method for AutoPay, please log in on or after February 7, 2023 to update your payment card associated with your profile, renew your AutoPay subscription and set your communication preferences.
For customers who use Checking/Savings Account as your payment method for AutoPay, no action is needed. If you intend on utilizing the new features, please log in and update your communication preferences.

Pay by phone 24/7 Automated System
Call our 24/7 automated payment line at (530) 717-2500 or (877) 335-6764 and make a payment using your credit/debit card. A $2.50 convenience fee from our third-party processing vendor will apply.
Pay by phone with a Customer Service Representative
Contact a Customer Service Representative 8am-4:30pm Monday – Friday using the number on your bill, and make a payment using your credit/debit card. A $2.95 convenience fee from our third-party processing vendor will apply.
Pay with AutoPay
When you sign up for AutoPay, Del Oro will automatically withdraw the amount due each month from the payment method you choose:
- Checking or Savings Account: Deduct payments directly from your bank account. There is no fee for checking or savings payments.
- Credit/Debit Card Payment: Connect your debit or credit card. A $2.95 convenience fee from our third-party processing vendor will apply.
No Fee Processing Options
Shorten your monthly to-do list with AutoPay. Del Oro will automatically withdraw your payment from your checking or savings account with no processing fees.
Payment by mail is always an option. Please mail check or money order payments along with bill stub in the envelope provided.
